I'm white-labeling a NetSapiens switch and I've got a Porta One switch for my UCaaS. I've got Grandstream PBXs. Avaya IP Offices. And hell, I've even got Nortel BCMs that just won't retire.
So my NetSapiens white label provider rolls out their "own" AI voice solution (not really their own, but sure, we'll let them have that one). Cool. Except I can't bring it to my Porta One customers. Or my Grandstream clients. Or basically anyone who isn't on that one platform.
Super helpful, right?
This is exactly why I'm so proud of what we built with.
None. Of. That. Matters.
UponAI is a fully agnostic AI voice platform. Got a SIP connection? You're in. Any UCaaS platform. Any PBX. Any country. We're currently are live in 4 countries and about to be in 2 more. I have a client in New Zealand running on a VoIP platform over there using UponAI right now.
New Zealand. Halfway across the world. Let that sink in.
So tomorrow, if I move all my seats to a new NetSapiens platform, UponAI is there. If I stay on Porta One — UponAI is there. If I lose my mind and decide to build my own switch from scratch — UponAI will be there. Quietly judging me, but there nonetheless.
That's the whole point. Your AI voice shouldn't break up with you just because you changed platforms.
What This Means
UponAI content is built around production use, not generic AI positioning. The goal is to help teams understand how routing, call handling, automation, and human handoff behave once the system is part of daily operations.
