When customers use the Services to operate AI voice agents, messaging, support, sales, or workflow tools, we may process call details, caller or recipient phone numbers, call audio, recordings, transcripts, messages, routing metadata, agent responses, notes, summaries, call outcomes, and related communications data.

Usage and Device Information

We may collect log data, IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, pages viewed, referring URLs, session data, timestamps, feature usage, clicks, diagnostics, error logs, and performance data.

Billing and Transaction Information

We may collect billing contact details, plan information, invoices, payment status, usage charges, tax information, accounting identifiers, and transaction records. Payment card or bank details may be processed by third-party payment processors rather than stored directly by UponAI.

Integration Data

If you connect third-party services, we may process information from or about those services, such as CRM records, accounting customer IDs, QuickBooks data, support tickets, telephony provider data, calendar data, contact data, messaging data, API keys, access tokens, and configuration settings.

Support and Feedback

3. AI Processing

The Services may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, transcription, speech, language, and automation technologies to provide features such as voice agents, call summaries, classifications, recommendations, quality review, routing, and analytics.

We process Customer Data and personal information through AI systems as needed to provide enabled features. Customers are responsible for configuring their agents and workflows, obtaining required consents, and determining whether AI features are appropriate for their use case.

Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, we do not use Customer Data to train third-party foundation models. We may use aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data to improve and secure the Services.

4. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients.

Service Providers and Vendors

We may disclose information to vendors that help us provide hosting, infrastructure, analytics, communications, support, security, payment processing, billing, accounting, storage, logging, monitoring, and other operational services.

Third-Party Integrations

When you enable an integration, we may disclose information to the third-party service you connect, such as telephony providers, AI providers, messaging providers, CRMs, accounting systems, support tools, cloud providers, and payment processors.

Customer-Controlled Recipients

No security measure is perfect. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials, managing authorized users, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
