“Hey Bill - could you help clarify something for me?
I’m a Viirtue reseller, and I know they offer an AI solution. Is that powered by UponAI, or is that something separate from what you’re doing?
I’m asking because I have a current customer who wants to set up two call agents on their account. I’d like to understand if we can use UponAI in a reseller scenario and how that would work.
Whenever you have time, I’d appreciate any guidance. Thanks!”
Answer:
Viirtue, Inc.is NOT running UponAI
UponAi is an independent provider of advanced Ai Voice Agents. We have certified a dozen+ VoIP systems that we work with.
UponAi does however work with the Viirtue platform as well as others.
We currently have many partners that are running UponAi agents successfully on the Viirtue platform as well as many other platforms.
If you are a Viirtue partner we can support your AI Agent needs.
I hope this clarifies any confusion.
If not, reach out to Jody or myself we will be happy to answer any questions.
