Jody and Bill started out knowing we needed an AI Voice solution for our UCaaS customers. So we went looking for a product over 3 years ago. We looked high and low, all over the world and found a few worth testing.

What we found was great AI but very poor Telecommunications! They knew the AI but they didn't know much about phone systems. Early tests reveled that the most could not even do a transfer of a call which is essential when routing callers in a phone system.

Frustrated, we decided to build our own solution to meet the needs of our clients.

Jody and I quickly realized we were on to something that maybe our peers may be interested in......but what we built was so much more. We actually ended up building a very flexible platform that meets the needs of many types of clients with different methods of delivery.

What This Means

UponAI content is built around production use, not generic AI positioning. The goal is to help teams understand how routing, call handling, automation, and human handoff behave once the system is part of daily operations.
