The pipeline is full, my calendar is packed, and our partners are smiling.

It has been 2 years since Jody and I tied the UponAI business knot. If you want to get technical, it has really been over 3 years since we started talking seriously about AI voice agents…back when it was more of a dream than a deadline on my calendar.

Looking back, I am amazed at how fast things have moved. We are ahead of schedule and I keep hearing from our customers and partners that they are not just satisfied, they are excited.

That is the kind of feedback that makes all the late nights and early mornings worth it. When your pipeline is full and your calendar is a game of Tetris, you know your idea caught some real momentum.

But the real win? I get to build this with people I trust and respect. Jody and I have had more "what if" conversations than I can count, and seeing those ideas come to life is something I will never take for granted. The best part is sharing the journey with a team that believes in the vision as much as I do.

AI voice tech keeps moving fast, and so do we. I am grateful for every partner, every customer, and every person who said "let’s try it" instead of "let’s wait and see." That trust is what keeps us going.
